September, Part 4: Jeremiah's Birthday

Above: That's Johnny hiding behind the silver boxes so he can surprise his daddy when he comes down to open his birthday presents. (I didn't buy any new bags and didn't have the time or energy to wrap...hence the Avengers bag for Jeremiah).

Above: Daniel, as you can see, was completely enthralled with the whole birthday present process. He fell asleep in my arms while I took pictures of the whole thing. I sure love him.

Above: The boys' friend, Eli, came over to play and it kind of gave us a bit of a break.

Above: Birthday cake time! We didn't bother with putting 36 candles onto the cake. However, we did make Dad's favorite--carrot cake. Yum!

September, Part 3: Daniel's First Month

This is a hodge podge of pictures from my cell phone, my little camera, and my big camera. I'll do my best to keep things in order, but at any rate, all these pictures happened during Daniel's first month. I sure love this sweet little guy and can't imagine our lives without him!

Above: It kind of looks like he is doing a "Kevin McCallister" face and screaming, but he isn't. He just likes to hold his fists up to his face.

Above: I love these little nightgowns. My babies don't wear them for long, but I love it while it lasts.

Above: I stayed home from the Washburn family dinner, and my Dad and Rhonda decided to come up to visit.

Above: After his umbilical cord came off and his circumcision was healed up, it was time for his first bath! Doesn't he look so pleasant here?

Above: Well, besides trying to drink the water, Daniel was NOT a fan of his first bath.
