Above: I don't know what it is, but since our pictures last September, Johnny has taken a strong disliking to having a photographer take his picture (pretty much only Jeremiah and I can take his picture).
Above: Peter was definitely excited to have pictures taken, but when we asked him to pose, this is what he gave us. Ha ha! We just knew that these weren't going to turn out to be traditional family pictures and that was that.
Above: This was probably our best opportunity because it was so early on, but it was just so sunny that we couldn't keep our eyes open (at least not without them watering profusely).
Above: Poor Johnny!
Above: Even being on my shoulders didn't cheer Johnny up.
Above: We hoped that maybe feeding the fish would help cheer Johnny up.
Above: Oh, and there is nothing like playing with a good fountain to cheer these guys up.
Above: Cute little candid shot of my guy.
Above: He's good to cuddle.
Above: "Wait, you mean there is still a camera taking pictures of me?"
Above: Just one little smile?
Above: Stubborn little guy.
Above: A super silly dance from mom got this sweet smile out of our guy.
Above: This guy is good to cuddle too! I love my boys!
Above: I love this guy too!
Above: Sometimes you have to make this guy snuggle you (see that threatening fist?).
Above: Now, if only Peter had smiled and you could see all of Jeremiah's head (oh, and I wasn't smiling like such a goober). Okay, maybe there was a lot that could have been fixed with this pose.
Above: Pile on Daddy!
Above: Look up and smile, Dad!
Above: Take a look at how wiggly Johnny is in these next few pictures.
Above: I love him! Even if he didn't want to pose for family pictures!
Above: Having a little play time after pictures and before going home.
Above: He has a cute belly button.
Above: I love my boys lots!
Next up...the conclusion of Laurie's visit.

So glad we could go. Not your traditional family portraits, but good memories.
