Happy 8th Anniversary!

Jeremiah and I celebrated our 8th anniversary this year. How did we celebrate, you might ask? Well, we went and bought a new stove/oven and microwave because our stove broke about two weeks before our anniversary. Yay. We also celebrated by signing up for a home warranty so that the next time something breaks, we can turn to the warranty and not pay for it out of our own pockets. Since we have moved to this house (which was only six years old when we moved in), we have had to repair the upstairs heater, replace the water heater, replace the garbage disposal, fix three or four fence posts, and then the microwave and the stove/oven (not to mention a bunch of other little odds and ends). Sheesh.

We dropped the boys off at a Halloween party that Aunt Kim was throwing for the kids and my mom took the boys to her house after the party to watch a movie in her basement. Meanwhile, Jeremiah and I went to RC Willey, bought a new microwave/stove, and then went to Freddy's to get burgers and fries (which we ate in the van because Daniel was asleep in his car seat). Some years, you just can't celebrate your anniversary too elaborately. It's okay! It's just how life goes. :)
