July, Part 5: Enjoying Many Parks with Family

One thing we love to do in the summer is to visit all of our beautiful and fun parks. It's even better when we do it with family!

Above: We went to Millrace Park for a Monday night family dinner while Nephi and Shandie and their girls were in town.

Above: Johnny and Thomas on the move.

Above: Caroline...future balance beam champion.

Above: The kids all had such a fun time, and it was such a pretty night. A perfect night to be outside.

Above: Thomas, Grant, and Johnny checking out the ducks.

Above: Uncle Clayton holding Olivia and Uncle Nephi holding Hannah.

Above: "Say cheese!...or not..."

Above: Later in the month, Laurie and I met up with our kids at Liberty Park so the kids could play in the fun splash area.

Above: I just love this look on Johnny's face.

Above: Caroline warming up after her swim...and twirling her hair and sucking her thumb, of course.

Above: This has nothing to do with the park (except that I took this picture in the parking lot of a park). I had to buy myself a new wedding ring ($12 at Smith's Marketplace) because my fingers got too swollen this pregnancy to continue wearing my real wedding ring.

Above: I took the boys to Murray Park. Mom met up with us there and continued watching the boys while I snuck away to get an ultrasound. I had to have three ultrasounds this pregnancy because I had marginal placenta previa.

Above: This kid is a natural!

Above: He'll be surfing the waves or riding the slopes with his dad in no time.

Above: That's my Johnny peeking out before heading down the slide.

Above: My wise old Yoda (care of the booster seat arm rest covers).

Above: My crazy Yoda. Time to head home. We can't always be at the park, you know!
