My sweet, patient Dan who allowed himself to be trapped in exersaucers and bouncy chairs while I packed up our old house and unpacked and organized our new house finally saw an opening once things settled down and once he wasn't constantly buckled up, he mastered the fine art of crawling (with remote controls being his main motivation to move from point A to point B). He is also pulling himself up to stand all the time. My sweet baby boy is getting so big.
Above: Oh, how I love this sweet boy with his sweet smile, and his sweet dimple.
Above: I got a mini photo shoot with him on the 4th of July as he climbed all over me while I watched Johnny and Pete play.
Above: He's got sweet squishy cheeks too. I can't forget to mention those!
Above: Once he was freed from being buckled in, he picked up crawling like a champ.
Above: He's getting so big and so interested in the world around him. What a cutie.
Above: He's so great at standing too--as long as he has something to hold on to so he can keep his balance.
Above: "Okaaaay, I'm up, but how do I get down?"
Above: This guy is getting pretty good at feeding himself too! He still needs help with non-sippy cup drinks, of course.
Above: So curious and interested in the world around him.
Above: And happy as can be while he is learning and exploring!
Above: Ha ha. That string of drool just makes me laugh. This guy is a drooling champ these days.
Above: We had an early birthday celebration for Dan and a few others (so many birthdays to celebrate, so few Sunday dinners to do it). Dan was more than a little concerned when everyone started singing to him. He wasn't quite sure what to make of it. I love his sweet and expressive little eyebrows.
Above: My sweet Dan. What did I ever do without him? I can't believe we will be celebrating his birthday next month!
