August, Part 10: Conclusion (Whew!)

Above: More trampoline time with Daddy.

Above: At Nammy's house for Sunday dinner. Everyone is holding a finish line for Peter to drive through.

Above: The winner!

Above: Ha! Gotcha, Clayton! He always avoids the camera.

Above: Nammy time is the best.

Above: Uncle Sean and Aunt Robin taking it easy and checking out some coupons.

Above: I wish I knew the conversation the two of them were having in this picture. :)

Above: What a cute family! Clayton, Kim and little Grant.

Above: I love this guy!

Above: Oooh. Little Grant is pretty excited about these toys.

Above: I made the boys some shields and swords out of a Cheez-Its box that I was going to throw away and some tin foil. Here is Peter modeling it...in his underwear, of course.

Above: I even made him some tin foil knight boots.

Above: Building an awesome marble run together.

Above: I have a lot of fun with these guys of mine!

Above: There is nothing like an early morning jump on the trampoline.

Above: Now, I am not an artist, but I am proud of these. One day, Peter said to me, "Mom, will you make me a werewolf puppet?"

Above: "No, Mom. I wanted the werewolf to be sleeping."

Above: "Now can you make me a vampire puppet?"

Above: "He needs to be sleeping too."

Above: More awesome trampoline time with Daddy.

Above: Fun action shot.

Above: I can hear Johnny's squeel as I look at this picture.

Above: "What? I am just standing on Daddy."

Above: "Superman!"

Above: Johnny's turn!

Above: On our way to Cowabunga Bay. We drive past it on the freeway all the time and Peter always asked if we could go there...nearly every drive for the last year and a half. So, we decided to finally do it.

Above: Johnny was pretty excited for our outing, even though he didn't really know what we were in for.

Above: Peter was excited too, but he was looking forward to our outing with peaceful anticipation.

Above: I didn't take any pictures inside Cowabunga Bay because I didn't want to take a chance on anything happening to my camera. However, the trip was a success. The boys had so much fun. Now, every time we pass it, Johnny says, "Bunga Bay! Bunga Bay!"

Above: Peter took swimming lessons this summer and he learned so much! He wowed us with his swimming, diving, and breath-holding skills while we were at Cowabunga Bay.

Above: This was another day, but I just had to include this picture. Peter got a hold of one of Daddy's hats. Doesn't he just look so cute?

Above: Here is Jonathan being his sweet little self on the same drive.

Sheesh! I can't believe how much we did in August! If I had realized how much I had to blog, I wouldn't have gotten so far behind. Now, I just need to catch up on September...aye yai yai.

  1. Ha ha! I wish I knew what we were talking about, too. Most likely I was trying to convince him that one of his great ideas was not going to work.
