October, Part 1: A Trip to Temple Square

Above: Peter thought it was really cool that he got to hold a flag while we crossed the street on our way to Temple Square.

Above: What a handsome guy. These guys had a good time on our visit to Temple Square.

Above: The boys liked the fountains a bit too much.

Above: The things boys think of. I never thought of these ramps by the stairs as a possible slide...but Peter did. He slid slowly down it and thought it was awesome. This, of course, inspired Johnny to do the same. He, however, must have been more slippery. He quickly slid down the ramp, then right off it, and then rolled down the last few stairs. Boys!

Above: I was having the hardest time getting the boys to pose for a picture. The fountains were just too cool.

Above: This is the closest I got...and Johnny blinked.

Above: When I tried again, the boys decided to have a good natured slap fight and that was the end of our picture taking.

Above: "This is where Dad proposed to me." "This is where Dad proposed to you? Right here?"

Above: Then Peter decided it would be a great idea to dunk his whole head in the fountain. Time to head home!

Above: The next night, I got to go out to eat with my good friend, Amy Wendel. On my drive home, I got to swing by the Draper Temple, so I took this picture. Two temple visits in two days is definitely not a bad thing.
