Above: One afternoon while I was working, my sweet Johnny fell asleep while snuggled in my bed next to me. I love this guy. Isn't he so handsome?
Above: After picking Daddy up from the airport after a business trip, we made a quick stop at McDonald's for lunch and a visit to the play place.
Above: We decided to check out a park (Discovery Park) in Pleasant Grove that one of our neighbors told me about.
Above: The boys thought it was pretty cool (even though it was a bit of a drive to get there.
Above: The park kind of stressed me out, personally. There were lots of cubby holes where kids could disappear to. We lost track of the boys easily a number of times even though we were watching them! Plus, it wasn't enclosed. Oh, and let me add that there were a bunch of teenagers hanging out there. So, I pretty much felt anxious the whole time.
Above: Here is Pete running free (since the park wasn't enclosed). Yeah, this particular pathway led right to the open road. I actually had to chase Johnny down it and I got to him just before he reached the road.
Above: Here is the tire swing that literally every kid in this park yearned for. Our trip to the park ended early when Johnny slipped right through the middle of that tire and then started screaming while a bunch of well-meaning parents rushed to his aid at the same time we did.
Bring on May and some warmer weather!
Still good times. Peter looks like he was running fast!
