Above: This was the summer of the cicadas. They only come out every few years. Every time you walked out the door, you were greeted with a constant clicking and clacking noise.
Above: Peter wasn't afraid of them one bit. The chalk artwork on our house is courtesy of Johnny who has since been instructed not to draw on the house--even with chalk.
