Above: Grandpa Mackay sent the boys some Discovery Card gift cards for their birthday presents. After we got back from our trip to California, I was able to take the boys to the store and let them pick out some toys for themselves. Peter, of course, chose Legos.
Above: Johnny, true to form, chose Play Doh.
Above: We got Peter a pair of bigger feetsie pajamas (mostly because he loves to stuff them with blankets and pretend to be Mr. Pudgy Pants). Here is the Headless Petesman.
Above: Oh...there's his head!
Above: The boys always love to play rolling pin/masher with Daddy. Johnny has dubbed himself "The Baby Masher."

Above: Jumping over blankets. That, my friends, was a 10 point landing.

Above: The boys can get away with playing this way with Daddy, but every now and then, they try to stand on my calves and it kills!

These guys of mine love to play rolling pin/masher. Jeremiah claims that it is an easy and relaxing way for him to play with the boys. I don't know...just watching them makes me feel exhausted! They are all over the place and they are constantly getting bumps and bruises! However, they LOVE it. I read somewhere that little boys need that rough and tumble play time that they get only with their dads. Well, I'm glad Jeremiah can provide it, because I sure can't!
They do look like they are having lots of fun! Johnny has such cute expressions and that Peter just can't be stopped.
